About the role
Seize the opportunity to become a Claims Accountant with Reckitt. This is a 6 month fixed term contract.
Your responsibilities
Ensure Promotions have been approved in timely manner / track promotional approval and therefore accrual generation
Ensure the business is complying with procedures and ensuring the promotional activity is supported with documentation and is subject to review by auditors.
Track and match invoices to promotional activity
Review and match invoices to scan data
Review and ensure Invoices payments are in line with promotional activity
Closure of promotions once invoices have been matched to promotion.
Develop and refine validation tools to streamline the claims matching processes.
Create and Manage list of invalid invoices and overpayments and ensuring that National Account Managers are aligned with the final decision
Ensure SOP / Procedures are in place and kept up to date
The experience we're looking for
Hands-on experience with claims & promotions
Able to engage proactively with stakeholders at all levels, with a readiness to challenge and influence where necessary.
Tertiary qualifications in Finance
Can do attitude and self directed work style
The skills for success
Accounting principles, Financial systems, Improve business processes.
