Client Accounting Services Senior
Position Overview
The Client Accounting Services Senior is responsible for delivering high-quality financial and accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing insightful financial reporting and analysis to support clients' business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for accounting services.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including reconciliation and payment processing.
• Utilize ERP systems to streamline accounting processes and maintain accurate financial records.
• Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
• Support tax compliance efforts by ensuring timely and accurate reporting and filing of tax documents.
• Assist with audit support by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in client accounting services.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems.
• Demonstrated skills in client management and relationship building.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of tax compliance regulations and financial analysis techniques.
