Role: Client Coordinator (International)
Key Responsibilities
• Handle both inbound and outbound client calls with professionalism and clarity.
• Understand client needs and provide timely, accurate support.
• Maintain clear and empathetic communication, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues when required.
• Document all interactions according to company SOPs.
• Manage and navigate internal software systems effectively.
• Respond to client emails and follow up to ensure issue resolution.
• Prioritize tasks and escalate urgent matters appropriately.
• Remain adaptable to shift schedules, including weekends and rotational shifts.
What We’re Looking For
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently or within a team.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy.
• Background in Home Science is a plus (not mandatory).
• Prior experience (1–10 years) in international voice processes is advantageous.
• High level of professionalism and a proactive approach to client service.
