Client Servicing Executive & Digital Copywriter
Location: C-Scheme, Jaipur | Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site | Experience: 0–2 Years

Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive & Digital Copywriter to join our media team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience to gain hands-on exposure across client servicing, content ideation, marketing operations, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with clients alongside the leadership team; manage day-to-day communication and follow-ups
• Support development of marketing copy for social media posts, digital ads, WhatsApp messages, and email campaigns
• Assist in brainstorming content ideas, campaign concepts, and creative briefs
• Help run and manage email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns using simple tools and platforms
• Maintain and update MIS reports, track campaign deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with the design team to align copy and visuals
• Provide support in ad setup on platforms like Google and Meta (training provided after joining)
• Assist in basic design tasks using tools like Canva (training provided after joining)
What We’re Looking For
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Creative thinking and interest in marketing, content, and client engagement
• Good organizational skills, with an eye for detail and follow-through
• Comfortable handling client communication professionally
• Willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and processes
• Bonus: Any prior internship or exposure to marketing, social media, or content writing
