Summary:
Oversees day-to-day support activities and all aspects of assigned projects. Defines project scope and objectives. Conducts or participates in projects and tactical meetings and is responsible for issue tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews deliverables with customers. Mentors less senior analysts to assist with growth.
