What you will be doing
• Training and developing a team of Guides to implement the Alpha learning system with world-class excellence
• Creating Guide Playbooks detailing best practices for facilitation, designing rewarding learning activities, and navigating challenges
• Providing regular, actionable feedback to Guides to amplify student engagement and achievement
• Directly mentoring a small cohort of students, modeling expert coaching and motivation strategies

What you won’t be doing
• Writing lesson plans – your Guides facilitate students' learning through adaptive apps; your focus is on training them to be exceptional facilitators
• Lowering standards – if our passing grade is 100%, it's your job to maintain that bar
• Delivering boring training – you'll coach Guides through engaging, high-energy, hands-on development

Lead Guide key responsibilities

Train and develop a team of Guides to implement the Alpha system with world-class excellence.

Basic Requirements
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to build, manage, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental capacity.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work on-site in Austin, TX, or Plano, TX.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
