The Role
We are looking for an engaging and community-driven Sales Manager to join our residential Sales team and drive the growth of our Lifestyle Community in Gordonvale.
This opportunity will be responsible for all residential sales within the community and will be critical in engaging the local community and prospective buyers to ensure an exceptional customer experience and positive commercial outcomes.
Key Accountabilities
Partner across the business (Development, Operations, Marketing and Asset Service teams)
Assist in the development of community marketing plans, specifically advising on market trends, competitive activity and promotional strategy
Achieve overall community sales budgets and forecasts
Achieve monthly sales targets in line with community budget
Develop sales strategies for the local market in collaboration with stakeholders and the management team
Develop and leverage community customer database to achieve required commercial outcomes and sales budget
Exceptional client relationship management from initial enquiry, deposit and settlement to achieve commercial outcomes
Lead by example – support, coach, motivate and engage the team to be high performers and reach company and team goals
About You
Proven record of effective residential sales or project sales preferred
Strong local area knowledge
Experience with a CRM is preferable
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and to tight time deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team environment
