Location: Mumbai

Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Management:

- Ensure adherence to all RBI regulations for NBFCs, especially in unsecured business lending.

- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs.

RBI Interaction:

- Act as the primary liaison with RBI officers.

- Manage RBI audits, documentation, and reporting.

- Ensure timely and accurate submissions of reports to RBI.

Regulatory Affairs:

- Liaise with regulatory bodies and legal authorities.

- Keep compliance policies updated as per evolving regulations.

Policy & Procedure Development:

- Draft and update compliance policies and procedures.

- Conduct regular reviews for effectiveness.

Risk Management:

- Identify compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: CA/LLB or equivalent professional qualification.

Experience: 8+ years in compliance, with 3-4 years in NBFCs (unsecured business lending).
- Strong experience in managing RBI audits and reporting.
