VP - Investment Research - Strategy Consulting - Mumbai, Hybrid - 12+ years

We are looking for an experienced leader with 12+ years in Investment Research, preferably from the KPO/Consulting industry, with expertise in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Asset Management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and leadership experience in growing and managing research teams.

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

- Leading and scaling the Investment Research team with full P&L responsibility.

- Identifying and executing growth opportunities through new products and market entry strategies.

- Providing leadership support to ensure quality and operational excellence.

- Assisting business development teams in acquiring new clients.

- Establishing best practices in employee engagement and training.

- Supporting marketing efforts through thought leadership and media representation.

- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Driving team-building initiatives and fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

- CA / CFA (USA) / MBA (from a premier B-school preferred).

- 10+ years of leadership experience in Investment Research, preferably in KPO/Consulting.

- Expertise in finance, macro & business drivers, valuation methodologies, and financial modeling (DCF, SOTP, IRR, Transaction Comparable, etc.).

- Strong client management and business development skills.

- Proven ability to lead and grow delivery teams.
