Job Description & Summary

A career within Consulting Services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage transformation to enhance their customer experiences.
• Responsibilities:
• Must have experience in IT Service Management, IT Cost Savings and IT Governance
• Focused experience of leading client consulting projects
• Should have strong analytical skills and prior experience in deriving actionable insights based on industry-specific primary and secondary research
• Candidates should have excellent client management and communication skills (written and verbal), along with presentation capability to CxO levels
• Preference for consulting experience with premier strategy consulting firms/ Big4 firms
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Mandatory skill sets
• 6+ years of overall experience with strong focus on Digital Strategy Advisory, Digital Roadmap Design, Digital Transformation, Digital Operating Model
• Must have experience of setting up IT Shared Service or Global Capability Center
• Preferred skill sets
• Must have experience in preparing Business case for IT Shared Service or Global Capability Center
• Desirable experience in designing IT process flowcharts based on ITIL and COBIT
• Year of experience required
• Minimum 4+years of experience plus MBA is required for the role
• Overall experience can vary between 6 +Years
• Educational Qualification
• Work experience in IT & ITeS/Software product companies Big4preferred
• B.E/B.Tech + MBA
