Looking for qualified chartered accountants with 0-4 years to work in the business advisory team. The candidate will be reporting into chief business officer
Summary
The key responsibilities are to lead the Business advisory team by mentoring on advising the clients of selling the services. Core responsibility is to Lead the team and Revenue Generation.
• Advising clients on queries relating to Income tax, GST, and other compliances every day.
• Building a robust team for handling GST, Income tax, and other regular compliances.
• Handling special assignments like Valuations, Transaction advisory, Organisation structuring, Tax planning etc.
Closely working with Business Development team for scaling the company to the next level.

• Prepare Statement of Accounts (SOA).
• Prepare ITR filing.
• Preparation of Financial Statements.
• Providing Financial and Legal Advice.
• Reviewing the work of junior associates.
• Handle Futures & Options Construction Co. Accounts or any other complicated accounting.
• Managing a team within the business advisory function
I Qualifications:
Qualified chartred accountant with 0-4 years of post qualification experience
II Nature of Experience:
Experience in handling private limited company compliances, accounting and taxation. People with strong articleship, and experienced people from Audit firms are highly preferred. Language proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.
III Skill Set & Personality Traits required:
• Conceptual understanding of accounting, IT, GST, and accounting standards.
• Visible Leadership skills – can motivate others to achieve.
• Strong professionally – credible with integrity.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
