About th e Opportunity
T h e Consultant is an ESG prof e ssional that can support th e d e liver y of proj e cts from s trat e gy thro u gh to e xe cution and support th e dev e lopm e nt and enhancement of tools, proc e ss e s, and practices by bringing n e w id e as and thinking to the table.
T his is a cli e nt- facing role utilising your ESG/su s tainability experience . You’ll be managing competing priorities and contributing to the team, l e v e raging y our proj e ct management skills and d e monstrating a strong commitm e nt to d e liv e ring ex c e ptiona l s e r v ice outcom e s f or all cli e nts. You will work across a rang e of clients in both th e public and privat e s e ctors.

A s sisting an association to de ve lop a holistic ESG Strat e gy and Roadmap for its m e mbers.
Supporting a go v ernment agenc y e ngag e with stak e hold e rs to d e v e lop solutions that support th e circular e conom y .
About You
Qua l ification s & experience we're looking for from the successful candidate:
Generalist consulting experience across multiple sectors and engagement types, with track record of delivery.
Deep knowledge of the ESG and sustainability space and experience in delivering solutions for clients in response to ESG challenges.
Demonstrable experience and ability to build rapport and work with senior stakeholders across a broad range of clients.
Ability to challenge clients thoughtfully, while developing relationships to support their ESG aspirations.
An aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results.
Core consulting skills (research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail).
Proactivity and experience building structures and processes within a team.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and innovative culture focused on developing strategic solutions that create long term value for clients.
Please note, salary for this role will commence at $90,000 package (inclusive of superannuation).
