Key Responsibilities Perform initial validations & execute uploads - Upload files to TM1 tool Perform basic error handling and validations Perform inter and intra system reconciliations as documented in SOPs Responsible for actively soliciting feedbacks, identify action plans, and follow through to ensure improvement on processes and technical issues are resolve Responsible for availability of monthly & quarterly Actual Financials to meet reporting requirements Responsible for end-to-end data validation and corrective actions/maintenance to ensure data quality and integrity (Actual & Budget)Required Candidate profile: Knowledge and understanding of the financial business processes and SOX compliance Proficiency with MS Excel Strong process mindset Strong communication & interpersonal skills and Ability to connect across cultures/countries Continuous process improvement orientation Willing to learn new technology Willing to working in Shifts including night shifts Knowledge of Finance/ Accounting desirableKnowledge on SharePoint and/or SQL desirableKNowledge on Python scripting desirableExperience:- 0-3 YearsJob Segment: Consultant, Consulting, Business Process, Management Consulting, Developer, Contract, Management, Technology
