We're looking for a candidate who can demonstrate great flexibility and agility, with an ability to adapt quickly to new situations and adjust priorities according to business needs. The ideal candidate will be committed, open-minded, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Your job :

Efficiently support the day-to-day activities of sales teams
Organize and coordinate internal and client events
Ensure compliance with existing rules and regulations
Coordinate various IT requests
Participate in process improvement
Resolve issues
Work in collaboration with other team coordinators and partners.

Prerequisites:

Completion of a three-year college diploma or academic equivalent, related to the sector of activity, and four years of relevant experience
Team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively
Experience in coordination
Banking experience, an asset
Knowledge of Seismic, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, GB Fonds, WebAdvisor, FundServ, Power BI an asset.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
