Job description, work day and responsibilities
As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for writing clear, engaging, and
persuasive copy for a variety of B2C marketing materials. This includes websites, email
campaigns, social media, advertisements, brochures, landing pages, and other
consumer-facing content. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, design, and sales
teams to create copy that enhances the brand's voice, builds customer relationships, and
drives conversions.
Key Responsibilities
â—Ź Copy Creation: Write and edit compelling copy for a variety of B2C channels,
including web pages, blogs, email newsletters, social media, digital ads, brochures,
and more.
â—Ź Brand Messaging: Develop a consistent tone of voice across all consumer-facing
content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and engages the target audience.
â—Ź Consumer-Focused Content: Create persuasive content that speaks directly to
consumers’ needs, desires, and pain points, driving brand awareness and customer
conversion.
â—Ź Real Estate Copywriting: Develop copy for real estate listings, property brochures,
promotional materials, and online content. Highlight key features and benefits of
properties in a way that appeals to prospective buyers, investors, and tenants.
â—Ź Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to support
online and offline campaigns with compelling copy that drives traffic, conversions,
and brand recognition.
â—Ź SEO Optimization: Ensure that all written content is optimized for search engines
(SEO), with keyword-rich copy that helps improve rankings on Google and other
search engines.
â—Ź Market Research: Stay updated with real estate trends and consumer behavior to
craft relevant and impactful messages for the audience.
â—Ź Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to ensure
all written content aligns with overall marketing campaigns and business objectives.
â—Ź Proofreading & Editing: Review and edit copy to ensure consistency, clarity, and
adherence to the brand’s style, tone, and voice.
Qualifications and Requirements
â—Ź Experience: 3-6 years of experience in copywriting, with a strong focus on B2C
marketing and consumer-facing content. Experience in the real estate industry is a
plus but not mandatory.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism,
or a related field.
Skills:
â—‹ Strong writing and editing skills with a creative flair and attention to detail.
â—‹ Proven experience in writing copy for websites, emails, blogs, social media,
advertisements, and other marketing materials.
â—‹ Experience writing persuasive, customer-centric copy that drives conversions
and engagement.
â—‹ Knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for
search engines.
â—‹ Strong understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to craft content
that resonates with target audiences.
â—‹ Ability to adapt writing style to various formats and mediums, while
maintaining a consistent brand voice.
â—‹ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
â—‹ Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
Desirable Qualities
â—Ź Real Estate Knowledge: Experience in writing for the real estate sector or familiarity
with the real estate market is a significant advantage.
â—Ź Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh, innovative ideas
to the table.
â—Ź Experience with CMS: Familiarity with content management systems (e.g.,
WordPress, Drupal).
â—Ź Multimedia Skills: A basic understanding of design principles and the ability to work
closely with designers to ensure the copy aligns with visual assets.
â—Ź Social Media Expertise: Experience in writing for social media platforms like
Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, with an understanding of each platform’s
unique style and audience.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
