Cost Accountant £50-£55k plus good benefitsChelmsford area, Essex (office based) We have a great opportunity to take your accounting expertise to new heights. Our client, a leading business in the Chelmsford area, is seeking a Cost Accountant. As the finance backbone to a small group of business units, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of inventory accounts, working closely with teams across multiple business areas ensuring the company operates within the financial controls and procedures set by the group. You'll be joining a well established team where no two days will be the same!
• Empower and guide cross-functional business teams to meet inventory accounting requirements
• Be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking finance team within a global group

Preferred Requirements:
• Qualified Accountant with at least 3+ years of UK based inventory accounting experience
• Proficiency in an ERP system - SAP an advantage, strong Excel and analysis skills
• SC Security Clearance Required - you will need to have been a UK national for a minimum of 5 years.
