Job Description
Position: CPA (Credit processing assistant)
Experience: 1+ years (preferably in rural lending products)
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct end-to-end execution of the scrutiny, data capturing, and analysis of loan files for Banks / NBFCs
• Managing the team and providing training to the team on the engagements.
• Consistently deliver quality client services and take charge of the assigned project.
• Monitoring progress, managing risk & resources.
• Automation of the processes of assignments being undertaken.
Preferred Skills:
• Basic knowledge in Banking & Finance.
• Knowledge of the loan cycle
• Interpersonal skills
Compensation: Rs. 1.80 LPA to Rs. 3.60 LPA (Based on experience) + Monthly Bonus + Annual Performance Bonus
