WHAT YOU WILL DO
Interaction with the finance division of the customers for their internal invoicing approval system and ensure all procedures and formalities are completed to receive payment on its due date.
Completes all formalities along with the project Managers so that all invoices should be inducted into the payment stream of customers. Manages the credit control especially in regard to following up cases of debt from the customers.
Reviewed overdue payments and coordinated with individual Customers.
Maintained customer details and account records.
Coordinated with customer and resolved problems and queries.
Effectively Controlling, managing & monitoring the entire receivables section of Renoir Group.
Keep customer outstanding under control and within contractual terms. This will be possible through:
Timely submissions of invoices
Customer query resolution and follow up for payments.
Regular reconciliation of customers account
Timely escalations in case of payment delays / issues.
Defaulter reporting.

YOU WILL HAVE
Remarkable experience of managing Credit Control and collections.
Excellent communication skills.
Energetic and bold regarding collections.
Good command over written and verbal English speaking.
Ability to identify and highlight credit notes and write-off concerns.
Act as a Team Player - Collaborate and supporting colleagues and peers across the organization, while still being able to work independently when needed.
Results Oriented – Meet deadlines on assignments, juggle multiple demands and to work with all types of individuals.

YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is preferred. Additional training in accounting, bookkeeping or finance is also desirable
