Chasing customers on given portfolio
Handling Team and representing team to the UK board
work on Aged debt report
timely update to the client as per escalation matrix
Work as per DSO
Allocating payments on timely manner
Work on collections targets
check customer credit ratings and set up credit accounts
process payments and keep customer records up to date
Reconciliation of master vendor ledgers on timely manner
Follow up on overdues
Credit checks
Taking weekly portfolio review of the team
providing weekly debtors review of Off-shore to clients.
process compliance with QC
Must have experience in team leading for minimum 3 years
advance excel
leading abilities
client communication
