Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Onboarding & Communication
• Conduct welcome calls to newly onboarded customers and explain the company’s process flow.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-related queries and updates.
• Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach throughout all interactions.
2. Loan Eligibility & Financial Coordination
• Evaluate and verify customer loan eligibility in coordination with banking partners.
• Guide customers through the loan application and documentation
• Ensure timely submission of all required documents to banks or financial institutions.
3. Documentation & Registration Process
• Manage and verify all property-related documentation including forms, agreements, and registration papers.
• Coordinate with legal and sales teams to ensure smooth registration scheduling and execution.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer documentation.
4. Payment Management & Follow-Ups
• Conduct timely follow-ups for payments, dues, and outstanding balances.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding payment schedules, demand letters, and penalties.
• Ensure all payment-related queries are addressed promptly and professionally.
5. CRM Data Management & Reporting
• Update all customer information, loan status, and payment details in the CRM software accurately.
• Maintain a systematic record of interactions, documentation status, and follow-up actions.
• Generate periodic reports on customer status, payment tracking, and loan progress.
6. Coordination & Customer Support Collaborate with the sales, finance, and registration teams to ensure smooth workflow.
