Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Coordinator & Customer Support Executive to manage procurement activities and handle customer communication efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Purchase Coordination
• Handle purchase orders and follow up with vendors
• Maintain purchase records and documentation
• Compare quotations and negotiate with suppliers
• Track material delivery and ensure timely supply
• Coordinate with internal departments for requirements
Customer Support
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email
• Provide product and order information
• Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution
• Maintain good relationships with customers
• Update order status and follow-ups
Skills Required
• Good communication skills (English & Kannada preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & documentation
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Time management and multitasking
Preferred Candidate
• Experience in purchase / procurement / customer handling
• Knowledge of chemical industry is an added advantage
Note:
• Immediate joiners preferred
