Your Opportunity
Generate leads, manage them effectively, and deliver best-in-class customer service.
Retain customers through refinance solutions, variations, or referrals.
Build strong customer relationships through inbound and outbound call programs.
Assist customers with new finance applications and guide them through their options at loan maturity.
Proactively contact Nissan Future Value customers, liaising with the dealer network to ensure a seamless experience.
Ensure every interaction is easy, positive, and value-adding for the customer.
What You’ll Bring
Communication: in a customer service role with proven success in achieving targets with the ability to navigate through different systems.
Relationship Management: Ability to quickly build rapport, ask the right questions, and match our products and solutions to customer’s needs.
