Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and email
Manage DMs, comments, and daily social media responses
Assist customers with orders, exchanges, and product queries
Maintain a smooth and polite customer experience
Coordinate with operations team for order updates
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English + Hindi)
Basic understanding of social media platforms
Ability to handle multiple chats efficiently
Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools) is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
