We’re on the lookout for a friendly and capable Customer Service Representative to join our marina operations team based across Westhaven, Silo and Auckland Central marinas. This role offers the chance to contribute to a thriving, community-focused marina environment where no two days are the same.
This is a permanent, full-time position that combines front-line customer service with administration, all set against the picturesque backdrop of Auckland’s waterfront.
What you’ll be doing
Providing exceptional customer service to marina customers, including berth holders, visitors, and contractors – responding to customer enquiries and providing friendly, professional support to meet their needs.
Handling day-to-day administration, including bookings, data entry, invoicing, and documentation – ensuring processes are followed accurately, records are kept up to date, and tasks are completed with strong attention to detail.
Supporting the wider marina team to ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration.
You’ll ideally bring:
Previous experience in customer service and/or administrative roles, with a basic understanding of financial processes, along with strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for helping others and contributing positively to a close-knit community.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with a wide range of people in a professional and approachable manner.
A flexible, proactive attitude and a solution-focused mindset that helps you thrive in a fast-paced, community-oriented environment.
Confident working knowledge of Microsoft products (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) at an intermediate level.
