Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

Are you someone who can light up a room and inspire others to grow? As a Learning and Development Facilitator at SkyCity, you'll lead, co-ordinate, and deliver engaging learning experiences that support on-boarding, front-line capability, leadership development, and compliance training.

This role blends facilitation expertise with impactful training delivery, creating inclusive environments where creativity thrives and learning leads to real-world results. You'll be a key driver in building a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across our organisation.

Mōu | About You

Your work will directly shape the capability and confidence of our people from welcoming new team members to developing future leaders, you'll help create a workplace where learning is part of everyday lift - and where everyone feels empowered to grow. You'll be vibrant, energetic, and know how to captivate an audience and you'll also bring the following: 3-5 years' experience as a Facilitator, Trainer, or in a Learning & Development role

Proven experience delivering development programmes for both employees and leaders
The ability to make complex ideas simple, relatable, and engaging
Strong facilitation and presentation skills — in-person and virtual
Proficiency with virtual learning platforms and tools
Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
High emotional intelligence and a neutral, inclusive facilitation style
The ability to engage credibly at all levels of the organisation
Strong coaching skills and a passion for helping others grow
