What You’ll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for customers and clients
Answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information about services Support the sales and consulting teams with client communications and follow-ups Maintain customer records and ensure timely, professional responses Build strong relationships that drive customer satisfaction and retention Assist with scheduling, account updates, and basic administrative tasks

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with a positive, professional attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems Previous customer service, sales, or marketing experience is a plus (not required) Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to grow
