Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist – D2C (FMCG) based in New Delhi. The Customer Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include addressing customer complaints, providing technical and product support, processing orders and returns, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills to build trust and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Experience with Technical Support and troubleshooting customer queries effectively

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with D2C or FMCG operations is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent
