Lead and mentor a team of data professionals
- Manage data projects from start to finish
- Develop project estimates and allocate work effectively
- Implement and maintain data architectures
- Review team deliverables for quality and performance
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure proper documentation of processes and code

- Strong understanding of data engineering fundamentals
- Proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts
- Experience with big data technologies and cloud providers
- Knowledge of on-premises data infrastructure setup
- Understanding of data governance and compliance
- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and BI tools
