Job Title
We are seeking an experienced Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Greystar India. As a key member of our Finance and Accounting, IT Service Central, and Data & Analytics teams, you will play a vital role in supporting our global organization.
About the Role
You will be responsible for expanding support to the global organization at a competitive cost, allowing the business to scale in areas that make sense while ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will partner with support functions to perform more specialized work, contributing value through reliability, simplification, and insight.
Key Responsibilities
Your main duties will include:
Supporting functional and technical design to understand functional business requirements and incorporate them into Workday and other related software solutions.
Translating business objectives into system requirements to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and improve the user experience with the system.
Analyzing the impact of Workday updates and ensuring a smooth transition while maximizing system functionality. Participating in the planning, execution, and management of HRIS-related projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
Monitoring integration performance, troubleshooting errors, and implementing improvements to optimize data flow and system efficiency.
Having strong hands-on experience with Ceridian, Payroll, or Dayforce.
Hands-on experience in: Ceridian or Dayforce, Studio, PECI, Core Connectors, EIB, and other types of integrations.
Documenting integration processes, workflows, and configurations for reference and knowledge sharing, as well as maintaining process documentation and controls.
Staying updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in HR technology and integrations.
Participating in testing and quality assurance of integrations, ensuring data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Assuming other duties as assigned.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:

Experience with Workday and other related software solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
