Job Description
Greet and welcome visitors to the Dean's Office in a professional and friendly manner.
Serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries and requests, both in person and through phone and email.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for the Dean and senior staff members.
Maintain a clean and organized office space, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations for the Dean and senior staff members.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the Dean and senior staff members.
Maintain and update office records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Respond to general inquiries and provide information about the university and its policies and procedures.
Work closely with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and support for the Dean's Office.
Take meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the Dean's Office.
Uphold the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
