Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for the precast factory.
Oversee the quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Lead and manage a team of quality inspectors and technicians, providing guidance and training as required.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure effective documentation and record-keeping of quality metrics, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
Participate in the development and review of project quality plans and risk assessments.
Facilitate internal and external quality audits, addressing findings and implementing preventive measures.
Stay updated on industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to enhance quality processes.
Act as a quality advocate, promoting a culture of quality consciousness and accountability across the organization.
Give necessary training for shop floor people to implement and control the process changes.
