• Qualification: Commerce Graduate preferably CA/ICWA – Inter or M.Com.
• Work Experience: Min 5+yrs relevant experience in Corporate Finance Accounts Department, Prefer from Power Exchange /any other Medium Size -Large Size reputed companies.

Job Role- In this role of Deputy Manager your will be responsible for Managing Financial Accounts for company with
1. Day-to-day Accounting: Handle the daily accounting functions, including closing the books on a periodic basis, bank reconciliation, provisions/accruals, ledger scrutiny, vendor and employee payments, and GST invoicing.
2. Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely payment of taxes such as TDS, Professional Tax, PF and file Periodic Returns. Prepare data for GST and TDS returns and make timely payments.
3. Tax Audits and Assessments: Handle tax audits and tax assessments, providing necessary support and information as required.
4. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly financial results for management review.
5. Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with financial and accounting policies and operating procedures set by the company.
6. Audit Support: Assist the Manager of Finance and Accounting in the timely closure of all audits, including statutory, internal, and tax audits.
7. Vendor Management: Ensure timely booking and payments to vendors.
8. TDS Reconciliation: Reconcile TDS with Form 26AS.
+. Interpersonal Skills: Maintain positive interpersonal relationships with team members and others by demonstrating productivity, initiative, flexibility, cooperation, and commitment to the success of the Finance and Accounting team.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
1. Educational Qualification as Commerce Graduate, preferably CA/ICWA - Inter or M.Com.
2. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance and Accounts, preferably in the Power Exchange Sector OR similar Medium/Large Scale industry.
3. Strong knowledge of Accounting principles, practices, GST , Taxations and statutory compliance.
4. Proficiency in using TALLY ERP, MIS and advanced MS Excel skills.
5. Excellent understanding of financial systems and ability to streamline processes.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data management.
8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
