Job Title: Deputy Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager Balance Sheet Management

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in balance sheet management to join our Finance & Accounts team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of IGAAP, proficiency in financial reporting tools, and advanced MS Excel skills. They will be responsible for the preparation and finalization of financial statements, regulatory reporting, MIS and management reporting, as well as coordinating with internal and external auditors.

The selected individual will ensure that financial reporting aligns with relevant laws and regulations, address audit observations, and implement corrective measures to strengthen financial processes.

They will also supervise and mentor team members to achieve high standards of performance and accuracy in financial reporting, collaborate with treasury, risk, and operations teams, and facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior finance professional to leverage their expertise in balance sheet management and contribute to the success of our organization.
