Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with expertise in Linux, SQL, and C++ to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performing backend applications. The role requires strong technical leadership, deep problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end development of backend solutions leveraging Linux, SQL, and C++.
• Design and architect scalable, cloud-ready applications aligned with 12-factor app principles.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to align business and technical goals.
• Conduct code reviews, manage Git pull requests, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
• Optimize application performance and reliability for high-traffic systems.
• Mentor junior developers and guide project delivery.

Must Have Skills
• 10+ years of experience as a Software Developer in dynamic, collaborative environments.
• Strong expertise in Linux, SQL, and C++ backend development.
• Advanced SQL knowledge with proven experience in designing and optimizing scalable solutions.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Solid experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Good to Have Skills
• Experience in commercial card, corporate banking, or payment systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale financial services infrastructure.
• Experience managing/leading complex technical projects.
