Job description
Job Title: UKI Sales and Marketing Support
This role reports to the Marketing Manager UKI and plays a crucial part in supporting the sales and marketing team with activities that contribute to the delivery of the UKI growth plan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer relationships.
• Provide administrative support, content creation, and campaign coordination.
The ideal candidate should be highly organised, creative, a team player who can work independently, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Sales Administration Support
• Prepare customer support material, presentations, and proposals.
• Maintain and update contacts on the customer database (CRM).
• Assist Account Managers with sales administration, e.g., sales pipeline management.
• Support European, national, and regional sales meetings.
• Coordinate training and support for new and existing sales and marketing team members.
• Monitor and track sales performance and customer feedback.
Marketing Support
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• Help create and schedule content for social media, customer, and internal email newsletters, and company websites.
• Support the design and production of marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, etc.).
• Assist in developing promotional strategies and innovative products.
• Support market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
• Support the organisation of industry events, seminars, and webinars.
• Maintain project tracking overview, as well as the sales and marketing calendar.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams, vendors, partners, and external agencies on marketing initiatives.
Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing (social media, SEO, PPC, etc.).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, desirable.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information, desirable.
• A degree/HND (or equivalent) in a business, marketing, sales, or science-related subject, desirable.
