Job description, work day and responsibilities

Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills and Payments

Conduct Bank Reconciliation, daily bank/invoice entries

Prepare monthly GST and Tally working

Handle day-to-day banking works like- cheque issue for clearing cash deposit, NEFT, RTGS etc.

Assist in day-to-day accounts and finance related reconciliations

Ecommerce online/offline knowledge of accounts

Strong accounting skills

Experience of 2-3 years in finance and accounting

Strong work excel experience in V-Look up, Pivot table and all basic concepts in Advanced MS-Excel

Knowledge of Tally ERP preferable

Past experience with ecommerce online/offline accounting
