About the internship:
An HR administrator provides daily administrative support for a company's Human Resources department, primarily by maintaining employee records, managing HR documents, and assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and benefits processes. Key duties include keeping employee data updated, handling queries about policies and benefits, coordinating interviews and inductions, preparing reports on HR metrics, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of HR functions and for providing support to employees and the wider HR team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Employee Records Management:

1. Maintain and update personnel files, ensuring accurate records of employee information, contracts, and benefits.

Recruitment Support:

1. Assist with job ad posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and managing pre-employment paperwork.

Onboarding & Offboarding :

1. Coordinate the process for new hires, including scheduling inductions, and assist with exit procedures for departing employees.

1. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
