About the role
You will be an individual contributor that owns our full-cycle GTM pipeline, managing our sales motions and all new business development. You will partner with key stakeholders at Inspiren to create a top-tier customer experience and expand our market reach. Eventually, you will be responsible for growing a sales team underneath you including Account Executives and BDRs.
What You Will Do
Manage our business development pipeline and close deals.
Develop new leads and potential customers.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a top-tier customer experience.
Build our GTM culture and eventually build out a team underneath you.
What You'll Need
5+ years of direct selling experience as a high performer, specifically selling into healthcare providers or healthcare SaaS.
Ideally 1-3 years of sales management experience.
Experience managing a sales pipeline with six-figure deals.
Consultative sales approach driving behavior change in the sales cycle.
Experience interfacing cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders both internally and externally.
Desire to work an early-stage startup.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Experience working at an early-stage start-up.
Familiarity with senior care living.
