Job Summary:
The Ecommerce Payment Reconciliation Executive is responsible for ensuring
accurate reconciliation of payments received and made through various payment gateways and channels.
This includes identifying discrepancies, resolving issues, and maintaining records of all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Payment reconciliation: Reconciling payments received and made through various payment gateways and channels; including Outright module, Marketplaces and Brand websites.
Discrepancy identification: Identifying discrepancies between the amount received and the amount expected and investigating the reasons behind them.
Issue resolution: Working with internal teams and external partners to resolve payment-related issues, such as chargebacks, refunds, and transaction failures.
Record maintenance: Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payment reports.
Reporting: Preparing regular reports on payment reconciliation status and presenting them to senior management.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to payment processing and reconciliation.
Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless payment processing and reconciliation.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in payment processing and reconciliation in an ecommerce or financial services setting.
Knowledge of payment gateways, processing fees, and settlement cycles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Monthly CTC: 15k to 40k
Employment Type: Full Time
Office Timing: 9.30am to 6.30pm
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4Th Saturday Off)
