Ready to take iconic brands into the digital world? Join our team as an eCommerce Account Manager, driving growth with leading Pure Players like Amazon, Adore Beauty, and The ICONIC.

This is a full-time opportunity to own and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic role. Reporting to the eCommerce Director, you’ll have end-to-end accountability for planning, negotiating, and executing joint business plans that deliver sustainable growth online.

In this role, you will:
Drive and maximise sales and profit targets across key Pure Player accounts.
Create and activate go-to-market plans, including promotions, trade investments, and digital campaigns.
Lead commercial negotiations, contracts, pricing, and product ranging with internal teams and retail partners.
Analyse sales data to uncover insights and drive actions that maximise results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, becoming a trusted partner.
Develop new business opportunities to expand our eCommerce presence and grow our brands online.
Forecast stock needs accurately in partnership with the planning team to support demand and prevent gaps.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders to track performance and inform decisions.

What you bring to the role:
You’re a confident, driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to balance strategic thinking with commercial execution. You’ll have a proven ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders, and a track record of delivering results through insight and collaboration.

A strong commercial mindset and proven ability to drive ecommerce growth and profitability.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills and interpersonal communication skills to build relationships, influence decisions and translate ideas.
Sharp analytical thinking, utilising data to uncover insights and shape strategies
A consumer-first approach with a focus on creating win-win outcomes for the shopper, the retailer, and Coty.
Advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities, with experience in forecasting, promotional planning, and budget management.
A proactive, adaptable and agile mindset.
Strong negotiation and organisational skills to deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Experience:
2+ years in e-Commerce/Digital/retail account management.
Retail account management experience in FMCG/Fashion/Beauty & Wellness/ e-commerce sites or affiliates is highly regarded.
