Location: Flexible across all four main campus locations, with hybrid working

Salary: £42,290 per annum (Professional Services Grade 14)

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Wiltshire College & University Centre is seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Relations and Change Manager to join our forward-thinking HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of education through strategic HR leadership.


Employee Relations and Change Manager – The Role:

As the Employee Relations and Change Manager, you will:

Lead and manage a team of two HR Advisors.
Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations (ER) cases.
Ensure timely, robust, and legally compliant HR interventions.
Act as the HR lead on organisational change initiatives, including restructures, redundancies, and TUPE transfers.
Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery.
Support the professional development of your team.

Employee Relations and Change Manager – You:

We’re looking for a confident and credible HR professional with:

Proven experience managing complex ER casework and leading HR teams.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, ideally within the education or public sector.
A successful track record in supporting organisational change and transformation.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

Essential Qualification:

Level 7 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
