Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Sales / Business Development professional with

strong enterprise sales experience and deep domain expertise in Retail, Supply Chain,

or the Garment Industry. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with strong industry

connects, capable of driving new business, closing deals quickly, and

contributing directly to revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities

 Drive end-to-end enterprise sales – from lead generation to deal closure

 Leverage existing industry relationships and networks to generate new

business opportunities

 Identify, pursue, and close large-value deals within Retail / Supply Chain /

Garment sectors

 Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key

stakeholders

 Develop strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive revenue targets

 Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients

 Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract closures

 Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer need to refine sales

strategies



Key Requirements

 8 to10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales / Business Development

 Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail / Supply Chain / Garment Industry

 Strong network and connections within the industry (must-have)

 Proven track record of closing deals quickly and consistently

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

 Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex client needs

 Self-driven, highly accountable, and target-oriented
