Junior Accountant Position
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team at GKM Global Services Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our finance and accounting services department, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, tax returns, and reconciliations while supporting client deliverables.
• Prepare financial statements and tax returns (T2, partnerships, trusts)
• T-slip, GST/HST reconciliation
• Assist with investment write-ups
• Maintain accurate records
• Categorize data for reporting purposes
You will work collaboratively with senior accountants, communicate with onshore teams as required, and focus on execution and accuracy. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce
• 3-5 years of accounting/tax experience
• Basic Canadian accounting & tax knowledge
• Caseware, TaxPrep, QuickBooks, MS Office skills
