Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented ERP Functional Analyst to join our IT or Business Applications team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Information Technology or Computer Science and bring hands-on experience with leading ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics. You will play a key role in configuring, supporting, and optimizing ERP solutions across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze ERP requirements across departments (Finance, Procurement, SCM, etc.).
• Configure and support ERP modules such as:
• Finance & Accounting
• Supply Chain Management
• Procurement
• Participate in the implementation and testing of ERP systems and upgrades.
• Develop and execute SQL queries for data validation, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Assist with the integration of ERP systems with other enterprise applications.
• Document processes, configurations, and support procedures.
• Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.
• Continuously evaluate ERP system performance and suggest improvements aligned with business goals.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
