• *Position Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated **Client Servicing Event Coordinator** to join our team. As a Client Servicing Event Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact between our clients and the internal event team. You will ensure that our clients’ needs are met and their expectations exceeded, while also assisting in the smooth planning and execution of events.
• *Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Liaison**:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their event needs, preferences, and requirements. Provide consistent communication and updates throughout the event planning process.
- **Event Coordination**:
Coordinate all logístical aspects of the event, including venue selection, vendor management (caterers, decorators, photographers, etc.), and ensuring all services meet the client’s expectations.
- **Client Consultation**:
Assist clients in selecting the right event options and vendors, offering expert advice and recommendations to ensure their vision is brought to life within the set budget.
- **On-Site Event Management**:
Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring everything is executed as planned. Manage the event on the day, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise.
- **Vendor Relations**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring that all event requirements are met on time and within budget.
- **Scheduling & Timelines**:
Develop event schedules and timelines, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met and events run on time.
- **Client Feedback & Follow-up**:
Gather client feedback post-event to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Address any concerns or feedback in a timely manner.
• *Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing or event coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well under pressure and resolve issues quickly.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality events.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
