Anglicare Sydney is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our Finance team based at Macquarie Park. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the Finance team by undertaking various administrative activities, liaising with stakeholders, and providing information with best practice customer service while maintaining a high level of discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-standard administrative support to the CFO, including producing correspondence, board papers, presentations, and reports of both a general and confidential nature.
Complete general administrative duties (emails, calendar management, record keeping, purchasing, etc.) professionally and timely.
Ensure compliance requirements across the Finance team are met.
Keep internal and external stakeholders informed as required. Provide managers with information, reports, and support to assist with decision-making. Ensure the effective running of meetings, training sessions, and other events for the Finance teams.
Maintain effective relationships and an excellent customer service mindset with all stakeholders. Maintain effective networks with senior admin personnel across the organization.
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:
Relevant administration qualifications or experience.
Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Adapt to new challenges, be flexible and have the willingness to learn and grow in response to changing circumstances.
Adhere to rules and consistently follow established guidelines and protocols to ensure compliance and minimize risk
Meet deadlines and manage time effectively to complete tasks within the specified timeframe.
Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail to produce high-quality work.
Maintain a standard of excellence in all tasks and deliverables.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
