Event Planner

Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of event or conference planning experience (technical/academic preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Experience working with committees or professional societies is an advantage.
Skills:
- Robust organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proactive, independent, and adaptable
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/event tools is a plus
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events
Work Conditions:
- Remote role with regular computer use
- Requires travel for domestic and international events
- Ability to manage extended work hours during event periods
