Position: Jr. Accountant / Fresher
Candidates can expect extensive exposure in the following field of practice:
-Direct Taxation-Preparation of Tax Returns, Drafting of correspondences and representation before tax authorities
-Indirect Taxation-GST Advisory,GST Registration & Returns,GST Correspondence and representation before the authorities
-Audit & Assurance-Statutory and Tax Audits,Internal Audits
-ROC Compliance-Formation, conversion of Companies, OPC & LLP’s,Compliance and structuring of Private Placement by way of Bonus or right issue, buy back, etc. Annual Compliances for Companies, OPC & LLP’s
-Others-TDS Return filing and other Compliances.
-The right candidate will be offered a good stipend, comfortable work and opportunities for learning.
-Finacial reporting: Application of accounting standards and hands-on experience in ERP software such as Tally, Quick Books, SAP, Zoho Books
