Executive Accountant:
We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager that will analyze every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.
The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and maintaining end to end financial function controlling Finance, General Accounting, General Ledger, Treasury Management.
- Review all financial plans and budgets and monitor all periodic financial reports.
- Assist the team with meeting deck, business plan, and monthly MIS.
- Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.
- Ensure financial reporting systems comply with government regulations and legislation.
- Lead and manage taxation, balance sheet and closing financial statements.
- Coordinate with the external auditors for statutory audit and due diligence.
- Budgetary arranging and examination.
- Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statement.
- Getting ready and distributing month to month budget summaries.
- Coordinating with customers and sellers to oversee incomes.
- Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring they are compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Administer all records and reveal frameworks guaranteeing they are agreeable with administrative necessities.
- Make sure internal controls are strong and other processes related to Finance & taxes are compliant.
- Ensure Finance handling and collections are precise.
- Ensure inner controls are solid and other handles identified with Fund and assessments are agreeable.
Requirements:
- Experience in working with start-ups, internet/tech companies
- This role requires Executive Maturity and strong Communication capabilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly excel), Tally accounting system emailing systems (Outlook/ Gmail etc.)
