Job Description
We are hiring for one of our client companies, a dynamic start-up based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, looking to onboard a skilled and motivated Accounts Executive (Executive Accountant).
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Experience Required: 1–3 years
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update financial records using Tally ERP software
• Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks such as data entry, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and applicable financial regulations
• Utilize Excel for budgeting, financial forecasting, and generating detailed reports
• Assist in tax preparation and filing to ensure timely submissions
• Support the finance team in audits and month-end/year-end closing processes
• Generate financial reports and analyses as required by management
• Maintain accurate accounts, ledgers, and supporting documentation
• Handle payroll processing, if required
